At Buchan community Farm we are very grateful to our wonderful volunteers we have different volunteering roles available, all vital to the farm;

Volunteer Support Workers

• To work alongside and enable people in our service to have fulfilling experiences, participate fully and develop new skills. 

• To enable people who use our Service to be included and participate in the activities of their choice.

• Co-operate and collaborate with everyone involved in the support of the people who are using Buchan Community Farm services.

Volunteer Gardener

To help us keep up with the maintenance of our gardens, polytunnel, and greenhouse.

​

Volunteer Handyperson

It is quite a task to keep up with all our outside jobs and we welcome any help with these such as painting fences and many DIY type roles around the farm.

 

Volunteer Animal Assistant

The people we Support love to work with our animals and provide their care, while they are at the farm but there are times when the farm is closed and we still have many animals to care for.

​

All volunteer opportunities will require a Protection of vulnerable Adults Disclosure, which will be free of charge.
